A Little Bit Of French, A Little Bit Of Country & A Little Bit Of Italian

Have you ever experienced the feeling of indecision when trying to choose what type of cuisine you’d like to indulge in at a restaurant? At Parc Bistro, you’ll find a little bit of French, a little bit of country, and a little bit of Italian all on the same menu! Dave Markel transformed a historic 19th century building, nestled in the heart of Skippack Village, into the grand restaurant it is today. The original house was built in 1822, it was renovated in 1997 and has been open for 21 years now!

The General Manager, Bob Repash, has been at Parc Bistro since the day the doors opened for business. He claims the secret to the restaurant’s success is consistency. Across the board, Parc Bistro has retained and valued its manager, chef, servers and other staff for many years. The Head Chef, William Tschoepe, takes pride in consistently serving the same style of food although he enjoys updating the menu seasonally. The menu typically changes three times a year but some of the popular dishes may carry over to the following season. There is no doubt that William puts much thought and many hours into his menus. He also takes the time to create a new brunch menu every Sunday which always gets posted to Parc Bistro’s Facebook.

Parc Bistro is also a fabulous venue for your next private event! Small parties are held on the second floor of the restaurant in the banquet room which features three sparkling brass chandeliers. Antique mirrors and elegant prints decorate the walls of the room, while large windows provide a perfect view of the outdoor patio. Larger parties are held in the charming refurbished barn that sits on the rear of the property. The barn, along with the main restaurant, was built during the 19th century and has been beautifully renovated. You are welcomed into the barn by a cocktail lounge and bar. Upstairs, you will find a spacious loft perfect for your special occasion. Parc Bistro also utilizes a brick covered patio to host cocktail parties and gatherings during the warmer months. The patio is where you will find the perfect seat during the Cars & Cigars event.  Take your classy ride for a smooth smoke on August 12th and September 23rd or stop by, enjoy a fabulous meal and enjoy the view!
