My Guided Meditations are experiential combining lessons on mindful meditation with practice. This helps you to deepen your practice and connect with your inner wisdom. It is learning through doing. Meditation is reported to have many health benefits, physically, mentally and spiritually.

 

My classes are designed to provide deep relaxation, emotional release,

and a sense of tranquility.

 

In this class, you will:

  • Learn modern mindfulness techniques to enhance your meditation practice.
  • Use breath and body awareness to calm the mind and achieve inner stillness.
